Burn Still
Let The Skies Turn Black

Metalcore is a worldwide phenomenon, even if its initial burst had taken place at the United States. So, in this universal concept, we received an EP from an Estonian band. "Let The Skies Turn Black" is the first recording endeavour from BURN STILL, a band that has played in Estonia as an opening act for many significant bands. Their metalcore reminded me a lot the German HEAVEN SHALL BURN with more Swedish death metal riffs. They have a very good quality of sound (for a self-financed EP) and they seem to have great potential for the future. However, their music lacks of originality, as far as this style has been already saturated.
