Loits
Must album

Big in Estonia and ready to subject the rest of the world! Loits' third full length, codename "Must Album", is made of the right artillery. Three years after "Vere Kutse Kohustab" Loits' militant flak 'n roll still stands and thereby they prove themselves releasing high standard albums each time again. Musically the band hasn't changed much throughout the years and some mixture of black metal and rock (listen to the old school hard rock riff in "Ei Kahetse Midagi") is what to expect here. For namedropping junkies a reference to Khold, but more varying and way more interesting, would make it all very clear. Lembetu's vocals do the trick here; from an excellent Master's Hammer alike scream he goes to a deep clean voice as in the magnificent "Suudelda Neidu". Overall the nine hymns of patriotism are up tempo based with a few faster and more black metal sounding songs like "Soomusronglase Silmis". Everything on "Must Album" (except the title and the song translations) is written in the Estonian language and Loits perfectly know how to capture the right atmosphere linking to the Second World War. Alongside the great artwork and retro pictures the lyrics from a great aspect of Loits' individuality in the (black) metal scene. They not only deal about the madness of the Great War, but more about live in general that time. With sufficient support from the label and hard old fashioned labor this can be the big break through for the six Estonians involved. Now start the European invasion and raid throughout the West! I'll be there, waiting in the frontline. "Must Album" is a must have!
