Predatory War
Biography
The band started in 1987 as Kadunud Aas (named after a classmate who disappeared under mysterious circumstances), playing punk. Members of the trio also participated in bands Paskar Kolgats, Iron Hedgehog and numerous other bizarre side-projects. The music of Predatory War first brings to mind the classic thrash metal act SODOM. Predatory War's first live gig took place in January 13th, 1990 at Nõmme Cult Club together with B.D.Ö and Flytrap. The band became more widely known after their extremely successful performances at the Noorte Muusa and Moto Muusa festivals in 1992, ramming titles like "Mosh And Go", "Beasts Of Wither River" and "White Walls" forever into the collective unconscious of Estonian metal scene. Kaido "Tsunami" Tiits was recuited in 1993, thus turning the band into a dynamic quartet.
